{"id":9107,"date":"2021-09-13T11:41:11","date_gmt":"2021-09-13T21:41:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/issmanoa\/?p=9107"},"modified":"2021-09-13T11:41:32","modified_gmt":"2021-09-13T21:41:32","slug":"safe-access-oahu-program-effective-monday-september-13-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/issmanoa\/?p=9107","title":{"rendered":"Safe Access Oahu Program Effective Monday, September 13 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Starting Monday, September 13, 2021 the \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oneoahu.org\/safe-access-oahu\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Safe Access Oahu<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d program will require customers to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test at restaurants, bars, gyms, movie theaters, museums, arcades and other similar establishments.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acceptable proof of vaccinations (currently Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson &amp; Johnson only) are:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A hard copy of a state-approved vaccination card;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A photograph\/digital copy of a state-approved vaccination card; or\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Hawaii state-approved digital\/smart device app confirming full vaccination status (including the<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/travel.hawaii.gov\/#\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Safe Travels program App<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or the new <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/thecommonsproject.org\/smart-health-card-verifier\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SMART Health Card Verifier App<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">); or\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A proof of vaccination administered outside the US, if it can be understood by the establishment.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must also present proof of identification such as Driver\u2019s license, Non-driver government ID card, passport, school or work ID card.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cFull vaccination\u201d means two weeks have passed after the second dose in a two-dose COVID-19 vaccination series which has been authorized for emergency use or approved by the US FDA.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oneoahu.org\/safe-access-oahu\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Safe Access Oahu<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> program will remain in effect for 60 days, until November 13, 2021.\u00a0 to mitigate the high rate of Delta variant infections on Oahu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For more information and latest updates please visit the \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oneoahu.org\/safe-access-oahu\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Safe Access Oahu<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d program.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Starting Monday, September 13, 2021 the \u201cSafe Access Oahu\u201d program will require customers to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[14,1],"tags":[48],"class_list":["post-9107","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-events","category-news","tag-coronavirus"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.1.1 -
