On Sep. 5, 2025, Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem announced the\u00a0 \u00a0 termination of\u00a0 Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Venezuela under the 2021 designation..<\/span><\/p>\n TPS and related benefits associated with the 2021 designation will end on Nov 7, 2025\u00a0 60 days after publication of the termination notice in the <\/span>Federal Register<\/span><\/a> scheduled to be published September 8th, 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n This termination only applies to the 2021 designation of Venezuela for TPS.<\/span><\/p>\n
