Under an agreement with Google, the University of Âé¶¹´«Ã½ ("UH") offers two types of Google applications through Google@UH: Core applications ("Core Apps") and Consumer applications ("Consumer Apps").


Core Apps include Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Groups for Business (Âé¶¹´«Ã½collaboration only), Sites, Contacts, Classroom, Hangouts (classic), Chat, Meet, Keep, Google Chrome Sync, NotebookLM, Gemini. These applications are governed by a master agreement between Âé¶¹´«Ã½and Google, and are available through Google@Âé¶¹´«Ã½to all Âé¶¹´«Ã½accounts.

Consumer Apps include Blogger, Chrome Remote Desktop, Chrome Web Store, Colab, Google Alerts, Google Analytics, Google Arts & Culture, Google Bookmarks, Google Cloud Platform, Google Custom Search, Google Data Studio, Google Developers, Google Earth, Google Groups, Google Maps, Google My Maps, Google News, Google Photos, Google Play, Google Search Console, Google Takeout, Google Translate, Pinpoint, Scholar Profiles, Search and Assistant, Youtube.

These Consumer Apps can be made available through Google@Âé¶¹´«Ã½by logging in here and electing to turn them on. The decision to use any of these Consumer Apps is solely at the discretion of the individual user and is not mandated by UH. The Google@Âé¶¹´«Ã½Consumer Apps site will not be available daily at 2am-3am HST for nightly maintenance.
