This map contains information on broadband service availability in Hawai\u02bbi following the State’s Challenge Process.<\/a> This map shows\u00a0unserved<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0(locations with NO wired infrastructure to access the Internet or less than 25 Mbps download \/ 3 Mbps upload speed),\u00a0underserved<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0(locations with wired Internet infrastructure that DO NOT support the minimum speeds of the 100 Mbps download \/ 20 Mbps upload), and served<\/span><\/strong> (locations with wired Internet infrastructure that support speeds of at least 100 Mbps download \/ 20 Mbps upload) locations in Hawai\u02bbi . This map uses the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) December 31, 2023 Broadband Data Collection (BDC) version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This map is a WORK-IN-PROGRESS and will be updated in the future as BEAD deployment to unserved and underserved locations are finalized through the State’s Request For Proposal (RFP) process. The locations on the map are NOT guaranteed eligibility for BEAD funding, and represent the current unserved and underserved locations as provided by the FCC and NTIA following the State’s Challenge Process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

View Broadband Availability at an Address<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Use the search bar to find your address at the top right-hand corner of the screen<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your address does not appear, enter an address as close as possible to the location you are searching for.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>

  1. Shows the BEAD status of the address (i.e., unserved, underserved, served). <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Shows the location’s address<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    In this example, the location was considered “underserved” and through a challenge is now considered “served”. Not all locations will have a challenge, but will reflect the current BEAD status.<\/p>\n<\/div>

      2. The address can subscribe to Spectrum with a maximum 1000 mbps download and 35 mbps upload speed via cable technology. This service is considered BEAD “served”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
