Contact broadband@hawaii.edu for questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Initial Proposal is an output of the NTIA Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program. It is the \u201cfirst draft\u201d of the Final Proposal for BEAD grant funding, and, among other things, explains how Hawai\u02bbi ensures every resident has access to a reliable, affordable, and high-speed broadband connection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Volume 1 of the Initial Proposal details how Hawai\u02bbi will execute the BEAD Challenge Process<\/strong>. Notably, this volume also defines community anchor institutions<\/strong>, outlines all Federal funding the State anticipates for broadband projects, and features the list of unserved and underserved locations considered under the BEAD program.<\/p>\n\n\n\nVolume 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
